     Details of Out Bound Training OBT Programme

 

What is OBT?

  1. Any traditional approach is to conduct training programs in a close classroom situation for 6 to 8 hours.

  2. OBT is an effective option to provide or create a learning environment outside the classroom usually in natural surroundings, wherein participants learn while performing certain interactive exercises and carrying out certain adventurous activities.

  3. Focus of OBT is on experiential learning. It ensures learning for all the participants.

Programme Schedule


7.20 am           Departure from Hyderabad
8.30 am           Reach the Base camp at Deer Park
8.30-9.30 am    Purpose of the Programme, briefing Beak fast
9.45–1.30 pm   Grouping and allotment of activities


Rock Climbing , Rappelling, Burma Bridge, Spider web, Trust fall, 
Treasure hunt, Target achievement & Individual / Team 
responsibility games, Archery, co-ordination activities & 
Blind fold games, , & some more outbound 
fun full games, Effective communication with walkie talkies.


1.30-2.30 pm   Lunch break. Simple  veg /non veg. 
2.30-4.30 pm   Left over activities, Debriefing, group discussions, feedback 
4.30-4.45 pm   Tea break
4.50 pm          Departure to Hyderabad
5.50 pm          Arrival at Hyderabad
 

General Instructions and Information:

 

  1. Please specify the group size and also classify the group - Male/Female/Children.

  2. The participants should be healthy and declared fit by their respective doctors If necessary to take up the above physical activity.

  3.  All the participants have to sign an indemnity bond in advance.

  4. ACAP will provide a trained team of instructors, all the necessary special equipment for the proposed adventure activity and also a first-aid kit.

  5. The participants have to take care of their own transportation – Common or Individual.

  6.  The participants have to arrange for their own lunch packs, snacks and water.

  7. The participants should wear comfortable dress for the purpose of trekking, rock climbing and rappelling. High-heeled footwear, Slippers should be avoided. Comfortable-strapped-full sandals or walking shoes are recommended.

  8. It is advised that the participants carry a small backpack bag so that they could safely keep their lunch packs, water packets/bottle, rain coats, loose articles etc.
    Client has to arrange their own transportation from their office to Camp Activities in time.

The Cost Details for One Day Adventure Activity at Shameerpet – Rs. 650. without Breakfast.. With Breakfast 700/- including taxes per head. Tea/Coffee. Simple veg / non veg food and snacks in the evening. Transportation you should take care

 

The cost includes honorarium to the instructors, equipment hiring charges, transportation for instructors & equipment and other contingencies & coordination, permissions & materials etc.

Please confirm your programme 7days before with confirmation letter and 50% advance.
